GIBBS ROOM
The Gibbs Room hosts up to 100 Swashbucklers guests and can be booked for your exclusive use. It comes with its own bar, AV setup, and full service. A deposit of $500 will secure the booking for your exclusive use which comes off your final bill if your party meets our minimum spend.
OUTDOOR VIP GAZEBO
A deposit of $300 will secure the booking which comes off your final bill if your party meets our minimum spend.
BOOKINGS NOTES
• Bookings are confirmed once we receive your deposit. Deposits are accepted via EFTPOS, cash, bank deposit and all major credit cards.
• The booking fee is refundable up to 48 hours prior to the booking time.
• Please confirm the number of guests attending 48 hours prior to your event.
• The host is responsible for the final bill – we will provide you with one account per party. Unfortunately, we cannot accept separate payments.
• Please call us in advance if you are running late – we will do our best to accommodate you and will endeavour to hold your booking for up to 30 minutes.
We appreciate that the above might seem like a lot to consider when making a group reservation. We believe it’s better to outline policies from the start, so we can focus on making your event the very best it can be.
BANK DEPOSIT PAYMENT
